WorkOut Plan!

So you're just gonna go 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1.. until you give up?

And I hope that isn't the order in which you plan to do your exercises.

This Was Not Produced By Myself It Was Actually From Some1 In My Local Gym ? I Was Looking To Show It To More Experienced Person's Like Yourself, Then Edit It And Share It With Other World Fitness Members ?

Just a few things I would change-
Throw out leg extensions (that machine is the devil's throne).
Exchange hamstring curls for RDLs
Incline db pressing rather than flyes
Chins or pullups rather than lat pulldowns

I also don't really like the 3X8-10 for all the movements.

Also, be specific with days, is it 3 days in a row? Or 3 days a week like monday, wednesday, friday?

Compounds before isolations. Always.

wat's ur goals? strength, muscle, fast loss?? not a very good one but we can alter it...on top of pointers from evolution

- always work lagre to small muscles
- don't touch a single joint exercise until u have appreciable mass already
- y have 3 exercises for small muscles such as tri's, calves and bi's and only 2 for hams which is probabaly the 3rd biggest muscle groupm u have?

its "would" not "wood".

aside from the spelling, i agree with swans05. Whether you lose weight or gain weight is compleletly dependant on if you are eating more calories than you burn in a day or less.

If you believe you are overweight, my suggestion is to put yourself in a caloric deficit and focus more on cardio and do a more simple 3-day a week full-body workout. Your cardio, and the reduced calories will help you shed the fat, and the full-body workout will help replace it with muscle. If you are new to lifting, you will most likely see big gains right away.

If you just have a belly and your body fat percentage is in a comfortable level, and you are really looking to bulk, focus on a clean diet and light cardio. If you keep the diet clean, youll bulk up, and that belly should eventually burn away. But you will gain weight.

So the first step for you i think is to decide what you want. Bulk or Cut. You really cant do both. And your actions thereafter will be dictated by the decision you make.
