Workout Plan for 13/14 Year old

Each summer i run a lot before each of my vacations to get in shape. But recently i let myself go. I run to work out on a treadmill for about 20 minutes each day, walk for an hour but i can't tell if i am loosing weight. I am about 14, and am now 145-150 pounds. I know, I am also about 5 feet 4 inches or so. 5''4 i guess. Anyway i really need help, i am going to Maui soon and to loose weight would be great. I know many of you know a lot about fitness and do you know any excerises that could help me loose about 10 pounds in well a month or even less than that would be better.
