I have started working out, trying to gain some muscle mass. I am using creatine.
My question is, well i was wondering, if anyone had any advice on the workouts/exercises that I should do for getting maximum results. Im pretty new to working out, so I don't know a whole lot of exercises or whatever. I am mainly looking for mass in the arms.
Im just unsure about what types of exercises I should be doing, how many reps/sets and how many days a week I should be doing them.
