I was wondering if anybody knew of a site online that would give a glossary of every type of muscle workout and what they work and how to do them without any home equipment? Sort of a poor bastard glossary I guess? I don't know anything about the names of a lot of workouts and I'm not up on the abbreviations for a lot of the things people do either. I just do what I know works but I want to know if there are any other things I could do to broaden my workout.
