I was wondering if anyone could suggest workout DVDs (or videos online) for people who live in (not ground floor) apartments that could be done in slightly more constrained space (I have more space than a lot of people in flats, but I'm hoping this thread will be more generally applicable) and without disturbing downstairs neighbours. I have some Rosemary Conley aerobics DVDs but they involve far too much jumping, although their "toning" sections are still a reasonable workout.
I'm actually a member of a gym, for me this would be supplemental to that (for when I can't/ don't want to go). But I can see that gyms might be too expensive for some people, and workout DVDs are a good solution to that.
