Workout advice?

Hi, I am a 23 year old girl, 5ft 2", 140 lbs. Ive recently joined a gym and am aiming at losing weight and toning up. Im not too concerned with the weight on the scales, as long as I get results in what I see.

I go to the gym 3 times weekly, usually Mon, Wed and Thursday. My workout consists of:

10 mins at a moderate pace on bike to warm up.
Stretches
30 mins on treadmill (3 mins fast walk , 2 minute sprint - repeated)
15 mins on cross trainer
10 mins on either Stepper or Rowing machine
10 mins warm down on the bike.

Leg weight machines for inner and outer thighs - (30 each machine)
Arm weights (15 of 3 different types)
Sit ups and crunches (20 of maybe 4 different varietys)
15 push ups with legs raised up on steps

Does this seem like a good variety for what I want to achieve? Or has anybody any suggestions for otherwise?

Also I eat extremely healthy ( I think?) Mon-Fri. Eg: (Breakfast - Weetabix and orange juice - Lunch - Wrap with chicken and salad -Dinner would be Fish on a bed of wilted spinach, onions and tomatoes with a spoon of sour cream) I tend to eat after the gym, which would be around 8pm? Is this late to be eating, or should i aim to have ate before I exercise?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated! :)

eating after the gym is needed for recovery but as far as your workout goes you should be doing weights before cardio to get the most out of both. The problem with your weights routine is that it is not balanced between agonist-antagonist muscle groups which will over time lead to injury or joint pain in particular you are working abs but not your lower back or for that matter any part of your back. without specific exercises reps and sets it is a bit hard to comment further as just saying arm weight could mean all sorts of things.
