I've had a case of acute bronchitis since January 4th. It has been improving since then, but I still have a bit of irration and still get coughing attacks a few times a day. I also have a bit of a runny nose too. Just before Christmas right up till New Years eve I started a double workout routine that included hypertrophy weight training and 20 mins of HIIT on the treadmill in the AM and 45 mins of steady pace treadmill with a steep incline in the late afternoon early evening. I was on a role and determined to drop 15-20 pounds by March 7th, but when I acquired bronchitis, I had no choice but to stop working out. I'm pissed off and frustrated! I feel like I have no control. Anyway, my question is should I wait until it's completely and 100% gone before I go back into the gym, or you think it's okay to go back at this point? Again, I still have a bit of irration, still get coughing attacks a few times a day, and have a bit of a runny nose.
