Working OUT while Injured?

So this past weekend, I hurt my arm pretty badly. Doctor said it's not broke but no weights, push-ups or heavy cardio for 6-8 weeks so because it could cause a stress fracture.

I have 5 weeks until a wedding that I am in. I need suggestions on how to get lean without using weights and heavy cardio!

I know I could tweak my diet a LOT and that will aide in the process. But besides that, what can I do that will help the most?
