I work out everyday, usually sometime of running/walking on the treadmill, elliptical, or stationary bike. And on every other day I lift weights I'm 5'8'' and started at 170 and now I'm at 164. Lately, it seems I'm at a standstill...my sister is convinced that I work out too much, I never thought that could be possible..but that's what I'm trying to figure out. Why am I at this standstill, and I'm not working out too much, am I? Thank youu.
