Working out sore

I started a new routine, as recommended by HSmuscle.com, that is a MTWR routine, alternating between upper body workout and lower body workout.

However, my legs have been extremely sore. My question is this: Should I workout my legs if they are still sore. Does this hinder the growth?
 
It depends, there's a difference between the kind of soreness where you don't want to walk the next day and the kind of sore where you know you worked out. If it's not the first, then go ahead.

You might go a bit lighter to recruit active recovery.
 
How long has it been since you last worked out your legs, if it has been a while its probably just your muscles being extremly torn from not working them out in a while but as evolution said if its so sore where you cant walk to take it easy otherwise keep on goin, whenever I get really sore working out and strechting them makes my muscle feel better
