Hello to all. I just discovered this site accidently, and I've been on it for the last few hours. Its good to finally find a site where people can find and offer help.
I've been working out on and off for about 5 years now. I'm in good shape. I started a new workout routine. I work out 6 days a week, and I try to do one muscle everyday. Is there anything wrong with this routine. Thank you for everybody's help and I look forward to hearing from you.
