Work Out Plan Help

Hey Everybody,

I'm trying to develop a good workout plan to lost weight and then worry about building muscles later. I'm currently 5 foot 8 and I say about 170-185 pounds. I would like to lost at 15, but I don't know what is the avearge weight for a person my height and age. Can someone help me develop a plan of workouts like, push-ups, sit ups....

You can look here for some starters or here for some good books . My advice though: do a program like Rippetoe starting strength or stronglifts 5x5
