Hi. I've been doing crossfit now for a couple weeks, and while I can feel myself getting stronger, I haven't noticed any physical changes, or seen any weight loss. I think that means I need to change my diet. I'm going to try the Herbalife plan. My meals will look something like this:
Snack (before workout- 6:30am): piece of fruit
Breakfast (8 am): Herbalife shake
Snack (10 am): string cheese or yogurt, raw veggies
Lunch (1 pm): Herbalife shake
Dinner (6 pm): lean protein and veggies
My current weight is 148. I'd like to get down to 135 by June 19 (a reunion). Thats 12 pounds in 4 weeks. I know its a lot, but I'm going to try.
