Wooo Wow Wheee!

did my first HIIT.

2 min warm up walk

40 sec sprint top speed then 20 sec jog x8

1 min walk in between x8

5 min cooldown walk


did it 8 times each...wanted to do 10 but it's my first time and I didn't wanna hurt myself too much...

should I have an after work out snack or meal or just rehydrate?
