Congrats, but i do have a question couple months ago i started to diet and everything, i ran a mile 6 days a week and ate sorta healthy 2 months i still ate what i wanted i had chicken fingers and all with fries, and i lost around 16 pounds. Then i started to eat really healthy and aslo excercised more and lost a couple pounds here and there a total to about 20-23 pounds I WAS VERY PROUD. I now weigh 137 but i know ur all thinking i must be skinny but im not i still have my chubby belly and i dont understand why im not losing it anymore like i was im eating healthy foods i only have 1 snack a week and i excercise more, so what do u think the problem is?
