woo hoo.. 58 pounds gone!

So from a tight 18 at 237, to a size 10 and 169!! I am so excited, the suit I bought last year was so big, I bought this one yesterday, in the "regular" suits section for the first time in years!!!!! It feels great to be closer to my goal!! And I am just 1.5% away from being out of the clinically overweight BMI range.. lol.. so "they" say! ;)

anyway .. yippee!!! :)
 
Wow - that is amazing! You look great. How long did it take you to lose that much? Very inspiring.
 
Thanks! :) It took about 10 months, I had several plateaus- but I am happy with the progress. I work out a lot,so I would have to change up my routine, and eat more.. sometimes eat less.


I am going to study for my personal training certification and when I reach my goal, take the test, and start helping others who feel lost in their weight like I did!

Nice job! Bet it felt GREAT when last season's suit was TOO BIG! WOOHOO!!! You said you are now 169. What is your goal?
