Hi,

My name is Vinita, Vinnie for short and am from India. I have joined this forum for the obvious reasons.

At present I weight around 149 lbs and need to shed down around 20 lbs more in order to be in shape.

Please wish me luck and hope to get really meaningful information here which will help me in my pursuit for weight loss.
