So in the past 6 months I have gained about 25 pounds and need to lose some weight so my jeans will fit. I started by calculating how many calories I eat a day and was shocked... I have been eating between 5000 and 7000 calories a day. However, I am only 20 and bike around 4 miles everyday computing to class and back. Also I am 6'5'' so I expected I would eat a few extra calories but now it is time to loss them so here is my plan.
1. I am going to try to eat only 2500 calories a day
2. Also I am going to exercise for 1 hour/day which should burn 600 calories
3. Also I bought some green tea caffeine pills and figure they would burn a few calories (100mg of caffeine per day)
So in total I would be creating approximately a 4000 calorie deficit a day. If I follow through with this method how long will it take to drop those 25 pounds?
Any other ideas on how to lose the weight??
