Will this help someone lose weight?

If someone ate 1 Banana for breakfast, 1 Apple for lunch and 10 McDonald's Chicken McNuggets with a Blue Monster LO-CAL for dinner every day, would they lose weight or gain weight?

Calories:
116 - 1 Apple
121 - 1 Banana
440 - 10 McDonald's Chicken McNuggets
30 - 1 Blue Monster LO-CAL
Total: 707 calories based on google which very well could be wrong.

Unhealthy, but short-term will this gain or lose weight?

If the calories are correct you´ll lose weight. You´ll be quite unhealthy, probably miserable and hungry most of the time and you´ll regain the weight as soon as you go back to your old way of eating but short-term the number on the scale will go down.
 
I don't think its a good Idea, because it can make you weak and measurable as La maria said.
There are some reason for putting on weight. It might be your food habits and lifestyle or scientifically you may have Lepti resistance.

Choose right plan and work according to that. You will definitely lose weight.

Stay motivated and stay healthy.
