Will these additions make a big difference in my results?

I have recently got into including the following things into my diet:

1) Fish Oil
2) Cod Liver Oil
3) Whey Protein
4) Multi-Vitamin

I have never taken these before, will these additions boost my results significantly?
 
Fish oil and a multi vitamin will help with your body's functions. Whey protein is to supplement your current daily protein intake.
