Reason why I ask this is I went to a doctor today and I seem to be having hip issues... it is really directed towards Hockey, but I was wondering if Running would have any related issue to it?
Long story short going to the doctors this morning I found out that the outer part where my hip connects to the socket has been consantly trying to repair itself layering bone over bone.... Its directly from playing goalie... but I am wondering if running has any real impact to it? Otherwise I am going to have to find a aerobic exercise that is similar
