will my body use glucose or fat as a fuel at the following circumstances?

if i do exercise 1 hrs after eating rice.but rice takes about 2.5 hrs to digest .so,if i exercise before the rice gets digested, will my body burn fat as fuel.

Not exactly, glucose is converted by your body to glycogen which is stored in your liver & muscles. When you exercise, your body is burning glycogen that was stored from previous meals, not the meal you ate recently. If you exercise in the morning before you eat then your glycogen stores are low and you will start to burn fat more quickly. Rule of thumb is that weight training will pull from stored energy while cardio will pull from stored energy & fat.
