Long story short, I weighed about 278 lbs around this time last year. Today I weigh 203 lbs and continue to lose weight with jogging and weight lifting. The main fat on my body at this point is in my thighs and belly/chest area.
Here is an example of what my belly looks like
I can grab it with both hands and make it almost into a ball! Its very loose.
So, will this ever go away? I know you cant loose weight in specific areas but im worried that I may be left with a flab of skin.
