So I really want to have 17 OR 17.5" thighs and at least a 22" waist. Right now I have 19" thighs and a 24" waist.
Anyway, so if I cut out as many processed foods as possible will I burn fat? + run (I run, but not often so I'm thinking of running every other day and then taking a 2 day break and every other day for 5 miles each day I run) and pilates - nothing too intense just some youtube videos, will that be enough? I am really disappointed in myself, I know this is ALL based on my actions and I just have no self discipline or control or anything. I blame no one but myself..
So I was thinking, something with carbs in the morning (like a potato) maybe with some cheese (processed I know), and for lunch a salad with italian dressing or maybe even caeser? (If you have any other suggestions of healthy dressings please tell me!) and fruit (mainly apples, but I can put in more) and for dinner I'll have like vegetables with light sauce (VERY light) or maybe whole grain pasta with real tomatoes for sauce (not that often but maybe once a week or something) and parmesan cheese? Which is kind of unhealthy so I don't know?
I will try to switch it up so I'm not eating the same thing everyday, does that seem healthy? Does it seem possible? Because I know diets are near impossible to maintain after a certain period of time, and I would like this to be a permanent eating style for me.
Is it possible to lose fat and get toned if I cut out as many processed things as possible? Run regularly? My core workouts are NOT that strong, so I'm worried about that. Thanks! Also, I am a vegetarian and I am allergic to most nuts.
