Will I lose fat by lifting weights??

I'm just curious, if I do circuit training will i I lose weight or should I do cardio too? I enjoy lifting weights more than cardio. Will that be enough? (I'm 165lbs, 5'6, female). I would love to be able to lose 15 lbs but at the same time I like having boobs and a butt. What do you think?? :confused:

Yes, you will lose fat more effectively with weight training than with cardio, providing the lifting sessions are of a high intensity.
To keep your heart healthy, add some cardio.
Diet is also crucial.
