Will i get stronger and bigger working out 3 months?

hey guys i want to know if I....

workout my upper body monday, wednesday, friday

lower body:tuesday,thursday (not a soccer or strong leg person)

rest: saturday, sunday with free weights

abs: everyday

eat about 3000 calories everyday because im like 100 lbs.

So wat u guys think??? u think if i do this every week untill three months ill get bigger?
 
Just try and only train ur abs 2-3 times a week, not everyday, u wont get any results.

Everything else sounds good to me.
 
Don't lift 7 days a week either. If you're lifting for size, then learn about hypertrophy training. You don't want to spend that much time working out doing the wrong things.

Eat lots of protein, and eat several meals a day.
 
You'll get better results with a Mon/Wed/Fri split.

Chest/tris and shoulders mon

Legs wed

back/biceps fri

Abs on all three days. Calves as well if you want, but I wouldn't bother.
 
Did you say you play soccer? What are your goals?

No, lifting everyday or only having one day break a week isn't the greatest idea. No, lifting a muscle group only once a week sucks...more frequency is better.

I think you'd be better to go off with an upper/lower split 2 times a week for four lifting days total.

well i hate improving my legs because its more tough and dont play soccer that much, but ill try too

I just weightlift so i can just get my upper body cut and abs

well wat if i just work my upper body mon tues wed?

like mon: biceps,triceps,shoulders, abs
tues: chest, back, abs
thurs: forearms

and ill start using whey protein powder; one scoop with maybe milk or water mixed mon, tues, thurs before weightlifting
 
you definitely don't want to neglect your legs. They help your overall physique, and squats release lots of testosterone which helps you grow. I know it's hard to go to the gym just for your legs, cuz that's not the part that people want to get bigger, but it is necessary.
 
well hrmmm ill try to improve my legs could u show me some excersises for legs? it could really help lol like a website where it shows u how to do exercises u know any?
