I ate 1,480 calories today. The only thing is that most of it was calories in ice cream and cookies, and I ate all of my calorie allowances before 1:00 pm. I don't know, I was just hungry for that food and I REALLY wanted to eat it, but I kind of got carried away. But will I gain weight from it? I'm trying to loose about 4 more lbs so I can finally reach my goal weight of 125 lbs. It is 2:10 pm right now and I'm still quite full, and I'm planning on not eating anymore today, I'm stuffed.
I've only been on my diet for 6 day for crying out loud! And I give in to a little temptation. Can I only have a little? Heck NO! If I have tiny little taste I have to eat EVERYTHING IN SITE. What is wrong with me? I'm so dissapointed in myself.
