will doing the following thing help me lose fat?

hi guys,I want to lose those moobs,lovehandles,belly,etc .so,I have started to do the following workouts to lose fat.I just want to know whether i will lose fat or not? so i am 14yrs, height 5'4 ,weight 138 lbs with pure fat ,body type :endomorph

my workout
Monday:circuit training at evening (squats,lunges,dumbbell curl,pull ups,push ups,jumping jacks,bench dips,mountain climber push ups.30 seconds each with 20 seconds rest between two exercise I repeat the circuit for 3 times)500 times jump rope in night

tuesday:1000 times jumprope

wednesday & friday same as monday

thursday & saturday same as tuesday
 
You are on the right track but you will only lose fat if you consume less calories than you need. Exercising is only 1/2 of the equation, you have to combine it with a good diet.
 
Your exercise regime sounds good. Are you recording the amount of repetitions you are doing of each exercise in the circuit so that you can keep challenging yourself? Also, not sure if you are using weights for the
squats and lunges, but it's definitely a good idea to slowly increase the weight as you become stronger. The key is definitely not to allow your body to get comfortable with the exercises. You can even progress to doing a 40/20 interval.
In terms of nutrition, calories in versus calories out is the key! Go online and find a weight loss calorie calculator so that you can work out a meal plan that works for you. Make sure you eat foods as close to their natural state as possible so that you are getting maximum nutrients. Try to steer clear of the highly processed foods. Also, make sure you are eating enough protein to promote muscle growth!
