I am currently 16 turning 17 in november and am aiming to achieve a six pack, just to prove I can do it.
Right now i am about 6 ft and weigh around 69-70kgs.Im pretty well shaped however my gut sticks out about 2cm from being perfectly flat which is annoying, so this will need to go... umm got slight man boobs only cus of puberty i think nothing really major though...
Do you think that if i perform the 8 minute abs workout every day for a month I will begin to see results? I eat relatively well already not sure of how many calories per day i should be eating but mm whatever..
Also i do not currently partake in any sport and live far from town so have no access to a gym but i am still much fitter then even avid sport players gaining the high level 12s on a beep test.
Anyway what do you think..
