I don't give myself time frames to loss weight just pounds lost goals.

Goal are 10lbs increments.

Exercise goal at least 30 mins cardio 3x a week and strength 2x a week. These will go up and the weight goes down and I will update.

I am using no diet plan other than clean eating and no artificial junk.
 
Today's weight 254

Today I decided it was time to put some type of exercise in my life. I decided on yoga. So after some research I landed on Yoga Zone Introduction to Yoga. Nice. It was an hour long and I made it through with an awesome since of accomplishment. I did some poses I never thought I would be able to do. I discovered this morning that with a little determination and some modifications I am on a positive path to achieving my goal.

Just an update...

Greetings. Down another pound. :hurray: Slow and steady wins the race. I have really taken to yoga and despite have to work around my belly I am doing pretty good at. I can even do a downward dog and not injure or pull something. While yoga is not an intense work out you still feel it. Yoga with a combo of walking and taking stairs and I think I am well on my way.
Now, I know you are not suppose to give up entire food groups. Well I did. Sugar. I thought this was going to be harder than it was. Now I do look at sugar as a really crappy ex-boyfriend (I did the same when I quit smoking) and I have lost all cravings for sugar. I am not using any artificial sweeteners, only what is naturally in the food. I feel amazing and my skin is looking so much better. So far my determination is awesome and I plan to keep it there.
