I don't give myself time frames to loss weight just pounds lost goals.
Goal are 10lbs increments.
Exercise goal at least 30 mins cardio 3x a week and strength 2x a week. These will go up and the weight goes down and I will update.
I am using no diet plan other than clean eating and no artificial junk.

Slow and steady wins the race. I have really taken to yoga and despite have to work around my belly I am doing pretty good at. I can even do a downward dog and not injure or pull something. While yoga is not an intense work out you still feel it. Yoga with a combo of walking and taking stairs and I think I am well on my way.
