Wieght loss Help

i posted one of thease a while back no one gave me any tips

Im around 22/23 stone 17 6ft and a male how do i loose wieght

recently i have been thinking walking home from college = 3 mile per 4 days =12 miles week + Wieght lifting=Profit????

I have no idea of a diet tho
 
Eat less. Do cardio. Walking didn't help my diet much. Do like 30 minutes of running. Most importantly, eat less. I've found intermittent fasting to be the most effective. Try it. The easier version is that you eat normally 2 days, eat only the breakfast the next day, eat normally for 3 days, eat only the breakfast the next day. Repeat that week. As for me, I eat only the breakfast 1 day, eat nothing the next day, I repeat these 2 days while having a refeeding day (eating more than my usual) every now & then.
 
Walking is a fantastic cardio exercise, you do NOT need to run, combined with strength training it will allow you to maintain lean muscle while loosing the fat through diet.
