Hey everyone,
I've been a long time lurker here. Learned a lot from the posts but never had much to contribute. However, I read an article today that really helped me. For a long time, I try to lose weight by cutting down on what I eat or try to exercise more. I never thought mental exercises and emotions play that big of a role in my weight gains but after reading this article, it's all clear to me now. For once I feel like I have something good to contribute to the forum.
