Why Weight Management instead of Weight Loss?

Hey everyone,

I've been a long time lurker here. Learned a lot from the posts but never had much to contribute. However, I read an article today that really helped me. For a long time, I try to lose weight by cutting down on what I eat or try to exercise more. I never thought mental exercises and emotions play that big of a role in my weight gains but after reading this article, it's all clear to me now. For once I feel like I have something good to contribute to the forum. :cool:

I've been learning a lot about the mind lately and it is simply amazing what you are able to accomplish with the right mindset.

In fact, I am writing an article about the importance of the mind and goal-setting...I'll send it to ya when I'm done!
