Why I wanna lose weigh

Yo i'm danny i work as a janitor at an elementary school. i want to confess and let out why i want to lose weight and i hope some peopl here will be able to assist me in this.

One day at my lunch break i was bustin some jives when the gym teacher came, up to no good, and said "hey you fat (beep) heard of DERF?' and laughed at me. it s sad he is a teacher because of his foul language but thats besides the point... anyway DERF stands for Don't Eat Really Fat. this enraged me so i decided to try it out. usually i get my lunch from KFC and head over to the school but i go off campas to drink some malt liquor aswell. the gym teacher's off there with me cause he smokes... iRONic i know... sorry im gettin off topic again

anyway im tryin DERF and i eat some salad with french fries for luch usually now and ranch dressin now to cut down on my meals. for breakfast i get myself a plain waffle out of the freezer and microwave it for 30 seconds and eat it plain because i cant find the butter and my momma don't like to be wasteful and not use the old ones. The nurse let me use her scale and over the course of this school year i've been able to lose a couple pounds but thanksgiving didn't help that and i came right back like like a crocodile zombie outta the swAmp.

I apologize in advance for my foul language if i did so and i appreciate you homies reading this message. if you can help me i would gladly use any advice you have. my main question is DERF really the solutian to my prob?
 
French fries and ranch dressing aren't exactly the best way to be cutting fat out of your diet. its good that your not putting the butter on yoru waffel, but its not for the right reasons.
one of the best healthy stand by breakfasts is oatmeal its easy yummy and healthy.
the salad is good, but try it w/ a light/fat free dressing and maybe add some beans, chicken, or tuna to the top. in replace of french fries try baked potatoes or make your own potato wedges.
