I've stuck to my diet all week and I've been eating the stuff I usually eat on diets, pretty much anyway, and usually I've lost 2 or 3 lbs by now. I haven't eaten much that is particularly high in sodium so I don't think it's water retention. Although I've just (last wednesday) stopped taking my pill (progestogen only pill) and my friend said that could have something to do with it? I have no idea but it sucks tho! I've even been drinking 2 litres of green tea and a litre of water a day, and adding chopped chillies to half of my meals!
