Why do I get 2 different BMR values from different websites? Which one is the one?

I tried both of the calculators, and got roughly the same number in each. The only difference is that with the first calculator you linked to, you need to take the number that it spits out (the BMR) and go to the next page (Daily Calorie requirements or something like that) and figure out how many calories you use in your daily activities.

The second calculator that you linked to includes the daily activity factor right in the calculation, so it shows up automatically without you having to do any multiplications.

Hope this helps!
