High carb, low carb, high protein, low protein, high fat, low fat....whatever. I hate how misinformation is shoved down the public's throats.
My mom used to do some awful banana, broth, lettuce, tomato, beef, skim milk diet when I was a kid. Like, you could eat bananas all day, and then the next day you could eat beef all day, and then next day you could eat lettuce and skim milk all day. But on banana days you couldn't eat beef. And each day you could eat as much broth as you wanted. Barf. No wonder she's been yo-yoing her whole life.
