Why am I not losing

Hi All
I quit smoking a few weeks ago and started walking 4 miles a day last week
I also have not had any junk food or pop for a week only eating strawberry
And a scoop of natural yogurt for breakfast a salad for lunch and that’s about it
So the weight has not changed in a week . So what’s going on.

Weight gain is a common side effect of quieting smoking. Also if you are unaccustomed to exercise your muscles will retain fluid.

As for diet, well done giving up junk, however under eating on a new diet is counter productive.
 
If you are gaining weight through the day, its cause you are slightly dehydrated when you wake up. As you become more hydrated you will put on a few pounds (this is good)
