Hi, I am 5 ft 1 in and weight 155. I have been working out and dieting for the last two weeks and have only lost 1 pound. I really feel like I am eating right and working out right. This is my typical day of eating
1 slimfast drink
1 lean cusine
rice crackers
chicken and a veggie
Then I do cardio for 45 min and then life weights (5 times a week).
I do have an underactive thyroid, so I am wondering if that is playing into affect.
I would like to hear peoples comments on if I am doing something right wrong, both...I am frustrated!!!!
