Whole Wheat?!

Hey guys!

I just wanted to know whether eating whole wheat products instead of the regular ones help in losing weight?! I know they are more healthy options.. but do they less calories??
 
Look for the bread with the most grams of fiber per slice. Nature's Own Double-Fiber bread is very good, and Mrs. Baird's has a high fiber bread with 6 grams per slice, I think. Make sure the one you get has low sugar! :)
 
They usually are less calories but they can be more, it depends what you choose. My whole wheat bread is 66 calories. The bread my dad buys for everyone else is 111 calories. My mum eats Weight Watchers white bread which is 49 calories.
 
They may be more in calories, but they are way better for you health wise.

Fiber is really good for your digestion, and of course, if things are "flowing smoothly", your diet will be more effective.
