you'll see like 1 gram of sugar, 0 cholesterol, 0 sodium and very little saturated fat. plus whole grain stuff has a higher protein and fiber count. ;)
 
Yep, pretty good for you. Also, if you look at the calories, you can deduct the grams of fiber * 4.

It looks like it has 150 cals, and 4 grams of fiber.
Since the body can't absorb fiber, you can subtract 16 calories (4 grams of fiber * 4) from the overall calorie count - bringing it down to 134 calories. Not too shabby.
