Who needs help?

If anyone is from age 16-40 and needs help getting into shape hit me up.

I could assist you in what exercises to do and what to eat. I just want to see if I could change someone from what I know. Personally, I'm in good shape. I'm working on bulking up, but im rIpPeD. Soo, if someone is serious about trying to put something together PM me.

Im 18 male 145 lbs.

hey im 15 and i have everyhting straight but it would be cool if you explained to me how to do deadlifts correctly so that it will work the back a lot.

: )

If you can squat, you can dead. Same thing, just keep the bar as close to your legs as possible with your back straight.

i have yet another dilema....i want to change from doing the 5x5 program to doing a 3x8 full body program. Is it okay to change? and if so should i do anything to make sure my body doesnt just not adjust to the change?

Finding out what works for you personally is a huge experiment that will take years, if you are lucky, to master. Part of this experiment is the implementation of various training protocals that exist out there. It if perfectly fine and normal to switch your routine. However, don't switch so often that you never know what kind of results each program had on your body.

A suggestion is to log each and every one of your workouts. Track your success, not just with the iron moved, but also your measurements such as weight, bodyfat, inches, etc. At the end of each workout cycle, before you are about to start the same routine over again, or move on to the next routine, rate the program based on the results it produced physically and mentally. I have done this since my freshman year of college and now have a drawer full of 5 star workouts that I will cycle through time and time again.

Remember, our bodies are have amazing adaptive properties. Never will you find that one routine that works miracles. You are always going to have to play the "mad scientist."

Good luck.
