Please help me!!!
Who knows supplements which can STOP ME TO CONSUME FOOD IN so huge amount?
I' m frustrated... :dupe:
 
I can sympathize! I struggle everyday with my calorie intake. But supplements aren't gonna help. Your desire to overeat is rooted in your emotions. Try to understand why your overeating. It might take you a while to figure it out. But weight loss comes down to calories in vs calories out. period. Why dont' you count the calories of the foods you eat on a daily basis. Then try to eat 500 calories less a day... start moving some...if you can, get in 30 minutes 2 times a day...but if thats too much, do what you can and increase over time....thats a start anyhow... feel free to ask any questions or vent! we're here for you!
 
i kinda agree w/ korrie... but, i have fibromyalgia, several surgeries on shoulders, back, and a few other joints... its very hard for me to do exercise without being totally miserable for 2-3 days ... there are great products out there that control appetite, just have to find the right one.... i wont take anything unless its all natural and my doctor approves of it... im on to much other stuff..

Personally, I find that drinking coffee makes me hungry... The less caffeine that I drink in general makes me less likely to want to snack.
 
The best way to suppress appetite is to go on a meat and vegetable diet with good fats. People are hungry all the time because eating carbs makes you want to eat more. Eliminate foods that you crave to totally destroy the cravings. Follow the above diet for one month and you will see your appetite disappear.
