Guilty.
I managed to lose almost 30 lbs since August 10', but gained more than half of it back during the holiday season.
Before i started trying to lose weight, i always thought "How do people gain weight just because of the holidays? Why dont they just keep doing what they do every day despite what time of year it is". Oh how naive i was! lol
I had no idea how much the stress of a busier work schedule and holiday related family events could run down my will to get up and get the gym or even make myself healthy meals throughout the day. I plan to kickstart my routine again this next week, but i just feel as though those first couple months were just a complete waste of time. oh well.
