I've posted something about this before but I'm going to do it again. I tend to shy away from anything that tastes salty, even if its not really. Like salted natty butter has 100ish g of sodium but to me it tastes really really salty and that bothers me so I'll get the stuff you make yourself at the store from non salted peanuts. Things like cottage cheese or canned green beans are the same sort of thing. they have a lot of salt in them! Does this matter? Does anyone else care about sodium to the extent of paranoia I have going on?!
I get paranoid about water retention because my body retains fluid easily.
