Which stair stepper to buy?

I am thinking about buying a used stair stepper. Here are my choices so far:

1) NordicTrack MTN 740: which has a built in fan, heart rate monitor & ifit compatible programs.

2) Stairmaster 4200 PT: which is gym quality & has warranty left until 2009, but no heart rate monitor.

The Stairmaster retail price is at least double that of the NordicTrack. I could purchase it used for a few hundred dollars more than a used NordicTrack.
Is it worth the price difference?

Unfortunately I have not seen or tried either of these machines except for online pictures.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
The stairmaster will last you forever.
The nordic track won't.
Metal is thinner and proned to stress fractures in the frame.
