Which Sports Best For Fitness !!!

The purpose of this thread is to discover more and more best sports for fitness. In this thread you can share best spots fro fitness according to you. For me. It's swimming. Swimming boost your stamina.

No individual sport alone takes care of everything, personal opinion. I do a range of things to be fit in a range of ways and know dropping the iron would lose me strength, removing running would cost me in stamina, not stretching would risk injury and lose mobility etc.

Fitness is many things not just one. Only when you decide which type of fitness matters to you can you find the right sport.
