Which Routine will be Best?

Routine 1:
Monday- back/tris
Tuesday- rest
Wednesday- shoulders/legs
Thursday- rest
Friday- chest/bi
Saturday- rest
Sunday- rest

Routine 3:
Day 1- Chest/triceps
Day 2- Rest
Day 3- Back/Biceps
Day 4- Rest
Day 5- Shoulders/Legs
Day 6- HIIT
Day 7- Unknown? maybe repeat from day 1 but a 7th day would be nice, and resting isnt an option for this day, I allready got 2 rests in the week.

also, with abs thrown in there sometime for routin 3, idk when is best

I want max mass gain. Doin 8 reps and 4 sets for everything probly. Those are the three I'll decide between...

and anyone have anything to say about creatine? My dad has some but doesnt let me use it quite yet, I heard its really good but idk, maybe I'm too young, haven't worked out enough to him (starting again with this workout and a new diet) idk.. Note: I'm only 15 (almost 16) so idk if that changes anything there...

Yeah I'd pick that one too, if I had to pick one.

But I think a full body would be better, or push/pull
 
A) idk what u mean by push/pull, sry XP
B) If I do a full body then best I might do is 3 days a week, but I dont really wanna do that.. I'll decide on it soon anyway tho...
 
push=pushing movements (chest,tri's, some shoulder, some legs)
pull=pulling movements (back,bi's, some shoulders, some legs)

Full body 3x a week would be good actually.
