Which one is right?

Im looking for a suppliment that will help me with energy and weight loss. This is my first time taking any kind of suppliment. This is going to be the first time I have ever tried to lose weight also. What do you all suggest??
THANKS.......

I think you should get a good exercise routine and eat healthy before poisoning yourself with some snake oil sold on the internet, infomercials, or fitness magazines.

Exercise and proper nutrition will give you energy and help you lose weight. There is no reason for weight loss supplements. None.

Hey, yes I agree with SXI pro,

Clean up your diet, arrange your training in your diary so you dont miss appointments and commit to doing 3-5 sessions a week, they dont have to be long, 30-40 mins will be quite enough if they're good quality.

A mix of short bursts of cardio & bodyweight exercises is better for weight loss than spending hours on a treadmill or cross trainer so you can be in the gym, workout and back out again within an hour. The shorter bursts of cardio intervals and bodyweight will keep your metabolism elevated long after your workouts, rather than pure steady state cardio which only burns caloires during your workout, no after effects.

There ARE some supplements that can complement a healthy diet & lifestyle, but the first stop should always be clean up from the inside out.

Check out dax moy's elimination diet - this is similar to what all my clients follow, it's really simple to follow, more of a healthy lifestyle than a diet and been 'road tested' by well over 100,000 people all over the world. Works every single time.

Let us know how you're getting on!

I definitely agree with avoiding the supplements. You have to have a proper diet and do regular consistent exercise to have success whether you are taking a weight loss supplement or not, so why not save your money (and your health)?

Thanks for all the advice I will defenetly take it all into consideration. I am going to try to start something this week. Once again thanks.......

Agree with the others, the only experience i've ever had with weight loss supplements was when I tried my mates and got serious diarrhea... not good.

Stay clean of the supplements, lots and lots of Cardio, and pack in a little strength training for some nice muscle.

And seriously, a decent diet and the above is really all you need.
