Hey, yes I agree with SXI pro,
Clean up your diet, arrange your training in your diary so you dont miss appointments and commit to doing 3-5 sessions a week, they dont have to be long, 30-40 mins will be quite enough if they're good quality.
A mix of short bursts of cardio & bodyweight exercises is better for weight loss than spending hours on a treadmill or cross trainer so you can be in the gym, workout and back out again within an hour. The shorter bursts of cardio intervals and bodyweight will keep your metabolism elevated long after your workouts, rather than pure steady state cardio which only burns caloires during your workout, no after effects.
There ARE some supplements that can complement a healthy diet & lifestyle, but the first stop should always be clean up from the inside out.
Check out dax moy's elimination diet - this is similar to what all my clients follow, it's really simple to follow, more of a healthy lifestyle than a diet and been 'road tested' by well over 100,000 people all over the world. Works every single time.
