Which of these exercises caused my elbow to flare up?

I hadn't exercised for a week and my elbow was feeling pretty good, so I did my chest workout yesterday and this morning, my elbow hurts a lot, mostly where the biceps inserts into the joint, but also my tennis elbow and golf elbow tendinitis flared up. So I'd like to try and isolate which of the exercises I did caused it to flare up. Here is my list of exercises:

1) Dumbell flyes - 45 pounds (3 sets of 8)
2) Bench Press with barbell and 45 pounds on each side (total of 135 pounds 4 sets of 5-8)
3) Pushups on dumbells, with holding myself up at the top with one arm and doing a row with the dumbell, alternating arms. (3 sets of 8)
4) Narrow grip dips (4 sets of 3-4 reps)
5) Triceps pushdowns (with rope, 3 sets of 8 with 90 pounds)

If you have any idea which of these exercises might have placed the kind of stress on my elbow joint to bring on the pain described above, I'd appreciate your comments.

I get tennis elbow when I do heavy / many bicep curls. The only exercise here that works the biceps, albeit secondarily, are the dumbbell flys so that is where I would put my money.

It's hard to say. I got tennis elbow from arm wrestling ( I was always really good at it, even when I was a skinny kid) and it plagued me for years.

Mine acted up a bit after doing heavy DB incline bench. Honestly, I just started back in since I had it shot up and haven't dared to hit the dips yet.
