Which classes?

I'm joining the gym tomorrow.

I am planning on a mixture of aerobic, stretch and weights.

The gym has a pool, gym machines and a bunch of classes. I'm not sure which ones to go for:

Monday Yoga
Tuesday Salsa
Wednesday Weights
Thursday Boxfit
Friday Bums/Tums/Thighs or weights (probably weights as the class starts a bit early for work)

My options seem to be limited as many of the classes I would like to do are level 2 or 3 not beginners.

So possibly, (might throw in weights after or before yoga) Yoga/Salsa/Weights/Boxfit/Weights

I will probably shake it up after a couple of months and when I get fitter and add swimming.

Does this look ok? Too much? A good mix? Could do with some advice.:)

Monday
5.45pm-6.45pm Yoga Level 1-2
6.45pm-7.45pm Latino Aerobics 2 - 3
7.45pm-9.15pm Kickboxing Level 2-3

Tuesday
7.30pm-8.30pm Pilates Based Exercise All
8.30pm-9.30pm Salsa Level 2

Wednesday
6.00pm-7.00pm Core Stability Level 2-3
7.00pm-8.00pm Dance Aerobics Level 2-3
8.00pm-8.45pm Yoga Level 2-3

Thursday
6.00pm-7.30pm Boxfit All
7.30pm-8.30pm 20:20:20 Level 2

Friday
6.15pm-7.15pm Funky Bums, Tums & Thighs All
7.15pm-8.15pm Yoga Level 2-3
 
Boxfit and Yoga are definitivly two great training I would take if I were you, but it's personal. Don't get more than 2 because you still don't know what class you will like or not.

I've decided to do

Mon Weights
Tue Salsa
Wed Weights
Thurs Boxfit
Friday Weights

I already have a weights programme worked out with a trainer for the next couple of months for all round body conditioning then we'll take it from there.

thanks again yoga is a good idea but I'm doing a class at that time so when that's finished I'll probably join :)
